In most cases orders received before 3pm on a working day will be packed and shipped that day. Otherwise we expect to ship them on the next working day. Although we carry extensive stock, popular products can run out quickly, and in some cases before we have a chance to update the website. Out of stock products can still be ordered via the website, but may take 1-2 extra working days to be shipped. This allows our supplier to ship the new stock to us, and for us to ship the stock to you.
For small individual items below a specific weight we use the Royal Mail system. This usually results in 1-2 working day delivery. Combined orders or orders that weigh more than 10kg may be sent by alternative courier to arrive the next day.
Returns Policy
Subject to Conditions, you can return any unused goods to us for a full refund. We are unable to offer refunds on products over 14 days from date of purchase. Refunds are entirely at our discretion, and any used/opened products will be refunded at our discretion and on a per item basis.
If items do not turn up within 14 days it is your responsibility to let us know so we can sort out what to do with the situation. We will only deal with non arrival of items up to 1 month after ordering this is our policy.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for items going missing in the post when shipped outside of the United Kingdom
